A residential and commercial mix use development. Remediation works commenced in 2004 and these together with infrastructure works were completed in 2007. Today the site is almost fully developed providing some 500 residential units, offices, a hotel, a supermarket, a public house/ restaurant as well as public open spaces and playing fields.

Ffos Las, Trimsaran

Reclamation works commenced in 2007 and the new Ffos Las Raceourse opened in June 2009.

To date Persimmon Homes have completed the construction of well over 100 new residential units.

Planning permission was granted by Newport City Council in April 2013. Remediation/reclamation works commenced on site in September 2013. These works are continuing and they are due for completion before the summer of 2015.
